The Ring Goes Ever On: Proceedings of the Tolkien 2005 Conference, 2 volumi della Tolkien Society


Nel 2008 la Tolkien Society inglese ha pubblicato gli Atti della grande conferenza che tra l’11 e il 15 agosto 2005 vide riuniti all’Aston University di Birmingham oltre 700 partecipanti per celebrare il Cinquantesimo anniversario della pubblicazione de Il Signore degli Anelli. Alla conferenza, la più importante che mai si abbia memoria, parteciparono oltre cento studiosi, tra cui Tom Shippey, Verlyn Flieger, Jessica Yates, Dimitra Fimi e John Garth, e artisti come Alan Lee e Ted NasmithOggi, la Tolkien Society ripropone quegli Atti in due volumi a vantaggio di studiosi e ricercatori tolkieniani.
